Dassault Falcon - System Engineering Internship

I worked as a System engineering intern at Dassault Falcon Little Rock Arkansas. My job in the company was to develop a simulation technique in cooperation with senior engineers to test the Environment Control system of the aircraft for completion and delivery of the customized variant of a falcon aircraft. I also assisted senior engineers with the microwave retrofitting test and wrote a report on it.

I Designed and Developed the entire System Engineering Department SharePoint site. I reported to the Department Manager every week about the Project accomplishment and sought strategies and resources to complete the assigned task on time.

Design Projects

Certificate of Accomplishment

AIAA International Modern Regional Jet Design Competition

We achieved the first position in the prestigious AIAA international modern regional jet design competition. My primary function in the team was to Collect & analyze the aircraft’s preliminary design data to optimize the aircraft design to meet the requirements. I actively collaborated with team members to develop preliminary design concepts for the Aircraft.

The 3D Design of the UAV

Hikers Locator Fixed Wing UAV Design

I Designed a small UAV (Drone) that can be deployed from anywhere to locate lost hikers. During the design process, I learned mission requirement sizing and the selection of the propulsion system. I did Design tradeoffs and 3D Modeling of the Aircraft in MachUp 4.0. The design incorporates the airfoil and aerodynamic analysis to meet the mission requirements. It is a guided project from Dr. Dough Hunsaker - Utah State University Professor.

Development of Skyhunter UAV

We had developed a UAV. It took us almost a semester to complete the project. We had a successful test flight of the aircraft and were able to do an auto takeoff of the aircraft which was a plus point for our team achievement. It was our freshman year project.
